Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges with the exception of appliances that we are unable to test (see appliance testing FAQ).
Appliances that have been tested are not eligible for return or exchange privileges. Appliances that we are unable to test can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of the date you take possession of the appliance.
Items that are left at Rebuilding Exchange for longer than 7 days will be considered as donations back to Rebuilding Exchange, no returns or credits will be issued.
